Uganda endorsed the UAE Declaration on Sustainable Agriculture, Resilient Food Systems, and Climate Action. It was among the 159 countries that committed to expedite the integration of agriculture and food systems into their climate action and, simultaneously, to mainstream climate action across our policy agendas and actions related to agriculture and food systems.
Countries committed to strengthen collaboration among their respective Ministries - agriculture, climate, energy, environment, finance, and health, - and with diverse stakeholders to achieve objectives and efforts articulated in the Declaration, and as appropriate within their respective national contexts.
