Uganda Registration Services Bureau and Stanbic Bank Incubator to Support 500 SMES Annually

URSB and Stanbic Bank signed an agreement that will see 500 Micro, Medium and Small Enterprises (MSMEs) trained and supported to become better businesses. The training will take place annually for the next five years. It will mainly focus on training SMEs about URSB services and enterprise development under Stanbic Business Incubator Limited’s (SBIL) Enterprise Development Program. These services include; business registration, insolvency, SIMPO, intellectual property, provide experts and expertise in capacity building and training programs, identify and facilitate businesses.

SBIL is a private company duly incorporated under the Laws of the Republic of Uganda. The incubator started in 2018 as an initiative of Stanbic Bank to support and nurture SMEs to prepare for and harness business and growth opportunities.
